Gaurav Narayanan

Gaurav Narayanan is an Indian film director who has worked in several Telugu movies. Gaurav was born on 4th August 1980 in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. He started his career in the year 2011 and was active in the industry till 2017. He graduated from an American College with a Master's degree in English. Gaurav was always passionate about cinema and due to this he came back to India after completing his studies. Gaurav started his career as an assistant cinematographer and worked under Rajarajan. Then he worked as an assistant director and co-director under directors like N. Maharajan and K. S. Ravikumar. In 2011 Gaurav made his debut in the movie Thoonga Nagaram as a writer, director, and an actor.

It was an action movie starring Vimal, Bharani, Nishanth, and Anjali in the lead roles. The movie was produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri's Cloud Nine Movies. It was released on 4 February 2011 and had a good outcome in the box office. In 2013 he appeared as police officer Ravi in the movie Naan Rajavaga Pogiren.
