Arunava Khasnobis is an Indian film director. He quit his corporate work life and entered the Filmmaking industry at 26. Arunava worked as an associate director in films like: “Bhalobasa Off Route E(2010)”; “Hawa Bodol(2013)”; “Lorai: Play To Live(2015)"; “Roga Howar Shohoj Upaay(2015); ‘Lullaby(2021)”; “ Bisorgo” his second film and was quite popular, arunava wrote and directed the whole plot by himself, Bisorgo, is a story with five characters: Iswar, Satya, Darshan, Shanti, and Biswa. Biswa is a frustrated artist, and his journey from roaming the streets of Kolkata, trying to commit suicide to find a suitable way to fulfil his life goal. He devoted three years to studying the art and craft of filmmaking. His dedication to work is rare and admirable.

He had a passion for filmmaking. To pursue his career as a filmmaker, he quit his corporate profession. He was 26 years old when he quit his corporate life. His debut movie was 'Bhalobasa off route E' which he completed in the year 2010. He worked as associate director for the movies like 'Hawa Bodol' and 'Lorai: Play to Live' which were released in the years 2013 and 2015 respectively. 'Bisorgo' is a well-known movie by Arunava Khasnobis.
