Lennart Altgenug

Lennart Altgenug is a talented music composer from the entertainment industry. He has a Degree of Bachelor in Jass Piano. He also holds a Masters in film composition from the Conservatory of Amsterdam. He is also a pianist in various bands. He is also the Head of the Department at Thru School of Piano. He has been working and living in Berlin, Germany, as a composer and teacher. He has worked for various short films and Indian Television. He is learning classical apart from jazz and improvised music.

His famous work as a composer includes Anton and Gameboy, which was featured at the Netherland Film Festival in 2014. Gameboy won the Topkapi Award for Best Fiction Film in 2014. His four compositions have been performed at Grachtenfestival 2013. In 2012 he arranged for the Jazz Orchestra of Concertgebouw that performed at Bimhuis with Dick Oatts. He also participated in the finals of the Jazzhaus Piano competition, Freiburg. In 2014, his recorded album Memory Lane was featured in Original Jazz composition. Lennart also participated in the Birth and Death of a Star, composed by Nelson Ogliastri. He is coming with the new album Ascending and Descending with Blue Spiral Records.
