Malladi Venkata Krishna Murthy

Murthy is an Indian writer who works dominantly in the Telugu language. He was born on 13 November 1949 in Vijayawada and completed his graduation in B. com from Andhra University in 1969. His father is Malladi Dakshina Murthy, and his mother is Malladi Saradamba, and he is their seventh child. He later tied the knot with Padmaja. He was always inclined towards writing but used to write in his free time. After graduation, he worked in the private sector for three years till 1972. In 1972 he joined the Government service in Hyderabad as an auditor at Audit Board’s Office. To pursue his passion for writing, he later took a very courageous decision to leave his job. Then in 1986, he took writing as a full-time thing and soon captivated everyone with his work. His forte is fiction and thriller. He is known for his creative storyline in these genres. His 150 novels have been published, and he has also impressed in the comedy sector. His first story appeared in August 1970 in Chandamama. Most of the work got published by Lipi Publications.
