Appi Reddy has established himself as an achiever who owns his own IT business, has produced films and contributes actively to charity work as well. As the Founder and Managing Director of workcog Inc, he has built an IT staffing solution that bridges the gap between skilled technologists and organizations. Workcog has acquired a strong market reputation under his leadership due to its effective talent search and customization to industry requirements. Reddy's professional life commenced in 2002 at SEG Technologies in Hyderabad as a Junior Analyst. Throughout his career, Reddy pursued strategic engagements in different continents including South Africa where he was Business Specialist, as a Business Consultant for TOTAL in London and a Business Development Manager in the Dallas area. Such tasks enabled him to gain international presence and enhance his competencies in IT as well as business processes. Later, in 2018, he set up Workcog Inc. in Frisco, Texas, having established also Tekcog, which he co-founded in 2021, which enables him to be still relevant as an IT solutions provider. Reddy’s charitable perspective comes from the fact that he was raised in Suryapet, Telangana. For that reason, he created the AHR Foundation, which takes care of underprivileged children and enables them to attend school. His foundation has changed the lives of many in the region where he grew up. Also, he set up Mic TV, a digital platform focused on preserving the culture of Telangana. With experience in Information Technology, Appi Reddy worked with MicroInfo Inc. for about nine years when he served as a director of the company. Later, he worked at Urban Technologies as a business development manager, where he also made considerable advancements. At every stage of his career, Appi Reddy has been able to use his engineering skills along with creativity and social projects such that he created a legacy that is not industry-specific.
