Nilesh Jalamkar is an Indian Marathi actor, film director, and producer of Marathi films. He was born on July 6, 1977. Nilesh Jalamkar’s birthplace is Bombay, Bombay State, India. After his school education, he completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from Nabira College, Nagpur. Then, he took a Master of Arts (M.A) from Shivaji College, Amravati. Nilesh Jalamkar married Sheetal Nilesh Jalamkar. Also, he has worked as a teacher and used to teach English grammar to MPSC & UPSC students in his spare time.

Nilesh Jalamkar wished to become a film actor & creator since childhood. When he was in fourth grade, he acted in a play. In the play, he played the role of “ Prahlad Bio coming soon... >> Read More... .” He initiated his career in the Marathi films. In 2010, he first worked in a biopic named “Debu” based on the life of Gadge Maharaj, an Indian mendicant-saint & social reformer from the Indian state of Maharashtra. After that, he directed an Indian Marathi language biopic movie, “Mahanayak Vasant Tu,” starring Chinmay Mandelkar. The biopic is based on the Shree Vasantrao Phulsingh Naik, ex-Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
