Sana Shinde’s place of birth is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She completed her Bachelor of Mass Media in Advertising and Marketing at The Kelkar Education Trusts Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College of Arts Science and Commerce, University of Mumbai in 2019. She involved in the college film club – Cinelitt, and has made many short films for academic coursework and independent projects. She has been passionate about translating creative visions and objectives into reality & offering tangible outcomes in line with the production house. Her father, Kedar Shinde is a famous Indian film director, actor, film producer, and screenwriter.

Her mother’s name is BelaShinde. She has been living in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Sana Shinde worked as an assistant director at Sri Vijayasai Productions in Mumbai, Maharashtra for almost five months (Jan 2018 – May 2018). She assisted the lead cast with improvisation and linguistic skills. Also, she portrayed the lead role in communication and collaboration of the cast and crew. She served in the direction team for the regional Marathi feature film titled “Rangeela Rayab.” Following year, Sana Shindeengaged as a Chief assistant director at Screenshots Entertainment in Mumbai for over eleven months. She managed look design, dubbing, photoshoots, editing, and collaboration of the ensemble cast. Along with, she actively involved in rehearsals and workshops and collaborated with the costume design team for costume continuity.

She also managed the Tape Counter Reading (TCR) Book. She directed the Marathi feature film “Bai Pan Bhari Deva.” From Oct 2020 to April 2021, Sana Shindeworked as a production-scheduler for around seven months. She was responsible for daily schedule preparation in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) and managed communication with the cast and production house for schedule related purpose. She also maintained schedules as a creative director for a Marathi comedy television series sitcom – “ Sukhi Mansacha Sadra Sukhi Mansacha Sadra is based on the life of a mid >> Read More... ,” airedon Viacom18’s Colors Marathi in 2020. Sana Shinde has been working as a creative director at Swami Creations in Mumbai since Oct 2020. On the daily basis, she collaborated with the writers and analysed the screenplays. She works as a chief point of contact for the television channel and the production house. She has amassed for almost three years of experience in creative project management specialising in the television & film industry.
