Meena Ganesh is an experienced actress who acts primarily in Malayalam movies. She is also known as Meenakshi Amma. She appeared in various Malayalam TV serials, including Geethanjali, Devaragam, Snehatheeram, Velankani Mathavu and Ramayanam. Meena Ganesh is popular for her excellent roles in movies such as War & Love released in 2003), Valliettan, and Dada Sahib. She has also worked in movies like Manimuzhakkam, Mandanmmar Londanil, Prasnam Gurutharam Astrologer, Bhagavan, and Nakhakshathangal. Initially, she did theater only and then debuted in cinema. Meena was recognized for her role as a mother in various movies. Meena became disabled due to BP and the actress is not even able to walk.
In 2024, Meena Ganesh had a stroke and had been getting treatment for it at a private hospital in Ottapalam. She died on 19th December 2024 while getting treatment. Meena had a long acting career with 200+ movies and 25+ serials to her credit.
