Mahesh Nambiar is an Indian Animation Director and Cartoonist. His caricatures usually feature people with large heads and prominent features. These animations have won him three gold medals at the Wittygraphy global caricature competitions and the first ever two consecutive golds in the history of the event. Mahesh Nambiar is from Kannur in Kerala and runs a creative studio in Trivandrum. Mahesh Nambiar received his degree from the University of Calicut. After that, he worked in top animation companies like Toei Animation in Tokyo, Japan, Heart Animation in Hyderabad, and Toonz Animation in India. Through these companies he gained a lot of experience, which helped him secure the position of Lead Animator at the US-based Animation firm- Auryn Inc.
