Prasad and Mrs. Girijakumari. He completed his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication from Amrita Vishva Vidyapeeth. He then worked as an IT professional. In 2008, he married Maya Rajan and had two children, Mantra and Durga.

He started his line of business as a Technical Manager at Amrita Television and worked there during 2008-2013. Then he served at Grass Valley as Project Engineer during 2013-2014. After that, he worked as Technical and Digital head at Flowers TV. When Karikku launched, it only had 12 more employees, excluding Nikhil, among which 10 were actors.
