Brijeshwar Singh was born on 22 September 1968 in Lucknow. He is a writer, poet, doctor, author, and theatre activist in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. His father, Rajendra Bahadur Singh, was an officer in Provincial Services. Later, his father transferred to Bareilly at Government Inter College. In Lucknow, Brijeshwar studied at City Montessori School. In Bareilly, he learned at Government Inter College. In 1986, he went to medical school. He completed his higher studies at King George's Medical College and is now becoming a University in Lucknow and Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College in Kanpur.

Brijeshwar always has love and emotions toward films. But a 13-day Theatre Fest, "Tumhari Amrita," inspired and bonded him toward theatre organized in Bareilly. He established a theatre named Rang Vinayak Rang Mandal in Bareilly. In 2009, Brijeshwar built an auditorium Windermere Theatre, and started offering grants to upcoming talents. He organized Windermere Theatre Festival at Bareilly every year. He has organized thirteen editions of the Windermere Theatre Festival and the 14th in 2023. In 2014, Brijeshwar wrote his first book, In & Out of Theatre. In his book, he wrote about all his experiences inside and outside the operation theatre.

His debut book became a bestseller book. Brijeshwar Singh also earned the U.P. Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for theatre promotion in 2020. In 2006, he founded Daya Drishti Charitable Trust to help children born with Thalassemia avail regular and life-saving transfusions. This trust also offers free medical services to needy people. Brijeshwar gives online expert advice on some incidents online. Brijeshwar did great in all fields. He also writes the poem in Hindi. In 2019, his story Keh Do Gunjan was published. His second book Next Patient, Please, was published on 26 March 2022. The book will showcase at the World Book Fair 2023.
