Abhijit Bhaduri is an Indian writer, management consultant, and columnist, popularly known for his three best-selling books, namely Mediocre But Arrogant, Married but Available, and Don’t Hire the Best. A regular writer for leading newspapers in India like Times of India, The Economic Times, People Matters, etc, he was named the second-best HR influencer by SHRM, India. Based in New Delhi, Abhijit went to St. Xavier’s School, Delhi. After that, he completed his graduation (BA Honours – Economics) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and post-graduation from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Furthermore, he studied law and got an LLB degree from Delhi University. In the past, Abhijit has even worked as the Chief Learning Officer for Wipro.
Currently living in Bangalore, he has previously lead the HR teams at Pepsi, Colgate, Microsoft, and Tata Steel. Over the years, his blogs have continuously appeared in The Conference Board under the Human Capital Exchange section.
