Shaily Dubey is a Freelance voice-over artist predominantly known for her work in the Indian entertainment industry. She was born and brought up in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, and later moved to Mumbai in 2015. Shaily completed her schooling at Evergreen Public School and completed her graduation from Delhi University. She has a younger brother named Shreyanshh Dubey. After that, Shaily has given her vocals to various national as well as international characters dubbed for the Indian audience in Hindi; those characters include young boy GUS from the Netflix series Sweet Tooth; other contributions to her work include Netflix series called The Witcher, Eiza from the movie Bloodshot, other than that she has given her voice to the character Deepu from a Hoichoi series Black Diamond, etc.

Shaily has also been the voice behind various animated characters such as Alexia from the Blood of Zeus, a Netflix series, Sue Perkins from Couch Travel, a BBC Earth show, voice for Cindy Hayes from the show Orange Is the New Black, My Little Pony: Friendship is magic, etc. She is among the top voice artists of the county and has done more than 50 projects.
