Vani Satheesh is a Vocalist and a Singer. She proclaims from a family of Carnatic songsters going back generations. She was born in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She took her initial music lessons under the mentorship of her uncle Bellary M. Sheshagiri Achar. After that, she was taught by her father, M. Venkateshachar, and then by her brother. Vani's great grandfather, grandfather, Father, Uncle, and Brother were all involved in the musical field. Vani Satheesh completed her Master's in music from Fine Arts College affiliated with Mysore University.
She started practicing music at the age of 3 and did her first stage performance at the age of 10; since then, she has done various concerts and musical sabhas in different parts of India and abroad. Her style of singing is Bhakti Rasa. She has expertise in Traditional Carnatic Music. She has been rewarded with an 'A' grade artist by All India Radio.
Currently, she lives in the USA and has been performing various concerts. Other than that, Vani has embraced Indian culture in foreign by teaching more than 150 students the essence of Indian classical music, within which some of her students have turned out to be great musicians.
