The series was very well perceived by the critics. Her role was of an elderly lady, who is affectionately called as ‘Ba’. Her character is shown to be dead years back and she is shown consistently poking her daughter–in-law, while she is dead. She garnered a lot of praise for her role as ‘Ba’.
