Pakkhi Guptaa was born on 17 April 1998 in Gurgaon, Haryana. Pakkhi hails from a business family as her father runs a business in residential construction and her mother is a homemaker. She did her schooling at Loreto Convent School in Delhi and pursued her college degree from Delhi University. As a student, Pakkhi performed well and always topped her class. She also topped her university exams, but becoming an actress was what she always dreamt. Pakkhi Guptaa started her career in the media at the age of seven.

She did modeling and got featured in few commercials. In 2007, she appeared in a reality show and acted in a children’s play by Premchand, namely Idgah. After that, Pakkhi stayed away from the industry to concentrate on her studies till her graduation. In 2017, though, Pakkhi Guptaa had no plans on making her debut, makers of the Netflix drama Selection Day, which is a real story based on the novel, roped Pakkhi Guptaa to be a part of it. She auditioned for the role of Sofia and got selected to play the role. The series got released in December 2018 and received positive reviews.

Though being a brief role, Pakkhi Guptaa brilliantly used her screen time and won appreciation.
