Sunil Lahri is an Indian actor. Sunil Lahri wanted to be an actor since childhood. SunilĀ used to perform in front of his family and friends. His passion to become a star was the main reason to enter the Indian Entertainment Industry. Lakshman is the name that comes to our mind when we think of Sunil Lahri; he is mostly known for the role he played in a TV series named Ramayan (25 January 1987 ā 31 July 1988), aired on Doordarshan.
In an interview when Sunil was asked about his role and the project, he said, āThe series is meant to create awareness regarding prevention of crime that is growing in the society today. A Teleserial would be a lesson to prevent future crimes.ā He also played a character in another TV series of the same genre, 'Vikram Aur Betaal (1985)', aired on DD National. In the year 1990, he played the role of 2nd Lieutenant Rama Raghoba Rane in the TV series 'Param Vir chakra'. Later in 1991 Sunil got a major lead character in a musical movie named 'Baharon Ke Manzil (1991)'.
Sunil belonged to an ordinary family; his father was a professor in a medical college. It was his fatherās last will, that, when he dies, his body has to be donated to the medical college in order to assist them in their studies. Sunil fulfilled his wish and handed over the body after he died, he said that it was hard for him, but it was his fatherās last wish, and no rituals or customs are more important than a dead manās last wish.
