Saandip

A young boy who once practised singing as a simple hobby went on to become a famous singer of Telugu industry today. He has won several awards from musical maestros of Bollywood. He stepped into the limelight as he took a step forward into Telugu reality television series "Padutha Theeyaga" on ETV Telugu back in the year 1998 for which he received offers to sing in the Telugu industry as well. He then went on to become the first South Indian to have participated in the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa reality television show on ZEE in the year 2003. Further down the road, in his career, the irony came into the picture, he compered for the show 'Sing a Song' on Maa TV and also a special episode for Telugu new year, Ugadi on ETV. Back to his earlier struggles before he launched, his first break was as a playback singer, for the Telugu film, 'Chitram' for the song, Kukka Kavali. After which he received several offers from eminent music directors of both the Tamil and Telugu industry. His songs Nagundelo Neevundipova, Nalo Nenu, Dola Re Dola, America America, Manava Manava, went on to become viral. He sang playbacks for about 90 films in Telugu, One Hindi movie - Wafaa which was a Rajesh Khanna starrer film,  he sang the title track. He then lent his voice to the songs from two Kannada movies, one Tamil film and also for albums, as many as 600. He began performing on stage with the Swaramadhuri musical team led the yesteryear heartwarming singer, G.Anand. He then went on to entertain his fans about, 700 times on stage for several college and corporate events and has touched several hearts with just his soothing voice and lively performances. Saandip then began to venture into the cine industry as well. His debut movie, 'Premayanamaha-love is God' went on to receive critical acclaims. His recent release in the year 2010, 'Inkosaari' paved a concrete way for him to step into the film industry since he proved that he could act really well in his role Vicky from the film.
