Rajeev Singh is a hunk Indian model turned television actor. He was born on December 28, 1974 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Initially, he was involved in their family export business and after a business trip in Europe, he started modeling for a popular clothing brand, NEXT. Later, his friends advised him to joined the Gladrags Manhunt contest and they were right because Rajeev was the first Asian model to win the Manhunt International contest in 2001 which was held in Beijing, China. Besides winning the title, Rajeev also received two minor awards in the contest such as Sharmoon Best Dresses Gentleman and the Best in National Costume Awards. After this, Rajeev established himself in the fashion world as a prominent model and he was considered as one of the best models in India. He has done several ads including Clinic All Clear, Close-Up, Moustach Jeans, Limca, London Pilsner, Vivaldi Shirts and more. He is also the India’s 1st Mister World who has done modeling in several countries. He was also one of the lucky models selected to join The Lakme India Fashion show in 2002 with popular fashion designers in India such as , , and a lot more.

After winning the Gladrags, he decided that he wanted to pursue his acting career. He moved to Los Angeles and took an acting course and filmmaking in New York Film Academy. Subsequently, he was cast in plays by Victory Theatre and the Beverly Hills Play House. Then in year 2010, he returned to Jaipur, India and launched his own hotels and construction sites. During those times, he wanted to go back to acting; however, he is not looking for a stint in television. But when he got an offer to do a television series by , he instantly accepted the offer and enter television.

He was debuted as an actor through the Hindi mystery thriller film, Khamoshh…Khauff Ki Raat under the direction of in 2005. Rajeev acted as Aran in Vinod Mukhi’s 2012 film, Diary of a Butterfly. In 2014, he gained more fame after donning his first television stint as Suket Khandelwal, the father of Avni (played by ) in the drama series, Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya on Zee TV channel.

Rajeev was married to Bollywood actress turned singer, in 2010. The two met in goa in year 2007 and since then they were inseparable. They now have a baby named, .
