Paresh Ganatra is a TV, film and also a stage actor from India. He was born on February 19, 1973 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He studied at the Lions Juhu High School and finished graduation at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. He played in theaters during college, then he made his debut in a Hindi romantic drama film, Mann in 1999. He also performed in some TV series like, Ek Mahal Ho Sapnon Ka, made a music video with the Colonial Cousins, various TV commercials such as Tata Phones, LG TV, McDonalds and more.

He reached his fame in playing the role as Shailesh in the Bollywood film, Aankhen in 2002. Later on, he became active in doing Bollywood films. He was known for doing comedy films, such as No Entry, Delhi Belly, Welcome, Bol Bachnan and more. He also played a supporting role in the movie, Rowdy Rathore together with Akshay Kumar. It became a success and a blockbuster film. He also became popular in the Baa Bahoo Aur Baby TV series from Star Plus in 2005 to 2010. Paresh was also a participant in the Comedy Circus 3 Ka Tadka in 2009 and also in the Comedy Circus Mahasangram in 2010.

Paresh made his way to the top in the television industry, especially in doing comedy films. He also showcases his comedic talent by playing various characters in the Comedy Nights in Kapil TV series.
