Nitin Sahrawat is a model and famous Indian television actor who was born on 13 August 1981 in Mumbai, India. He was born in academician's family because his mother was professor and father work as an attorney. He is married to the famous actress Vaishnavi Dhanraj in 2012. Both of them first met on the set of ‘Kitani Mohabbat Hai Season 2' in 2010. Both of them dated for a long time before getting married.

Nitin started his career as a model in 2002 and soon he became a successful model and regularly featured in many print ads and TV ads. Nitin was the face of many international launches in India including Pedigree Petfoods, Nokia N72 and Tetley. And with popular cricket campaign 'Jeet Lo Dil'. He became popular in Pakistan too, and it resulted in his successful beginning in Pakistan television commercials as a model.

He started his television career by 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai Season 2’ that aired on Imagine TV in 2010 as Rajveer Singh Ahluwalia and in 2013 he played a role as Pawan in serial ‘Savdhaan India - India Fights Back’ that aired on Life OK. Then he signed 'Parichay' that aired on Colors TV in 2013, and he played a role of 'Superstar Aman Kumar'.

He also performed in ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’ as Rajeev that aired on Sony TV. Now in 2014 he worked in ‘Ishq Kills' as Avishek that aired on Star Plus. In short Nitin keeps his momentum with both modeling and small screen career till now.

In 2015, Nitin has played a major role in TV shows such as ‘Qubool Hai’ and ‘Adhuri Kahaani Hamari’.
