Akash Mohimen is a young screenwriter, theatre artist, and play director. Akash was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra but is originally from Jamshedpur and is now living in Mumbai. Akash had worked mainly in the Bollywood entertainment industry. He has written four plays, among which there are two children's plays: The Mighty Mirmbayanna and The Prisoners of Peace. Akash Mohimen has also given a musical Play Hattamala. The screenwriter took part in the Royal Court Rage Workshops in 2010 and 2011, where he wrote his fourth Play Mahua. Mahua had produced at Prithvi Theatre, Mumbai, and it opened the third edition of the Writer Block Festival and was a hit for Akash Mohimen's Journey.
