Over the years, he has collaborated with several famous production houses like Roy Kapur Films, Andolan, and Phantom, and worked with various film personalities in the industry. For his screenwriting talent, Abhay Koranne won the Technical Award in the Best Story Category for the Hindi series Kota Factory in 2022. Later, he won the award under the category of Best Story in OTT for the 2022 web series Rocket Boys and was also nominated for Best Original Story along with Abhay Pannu.

Some of the films for which he wrote the screenplay were screened at several film festivals and received a massive response from the audience. Abhay Koranne is very active on social media and often posts several updates about his screenwriting career and personal life. On the personal front, Abhay Koranne lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
