Rhea Prabhu

Rhea Prabhu is an Associate Producer at Equinox Films Pvt. She was a millennial on the lookout for something more significant, and she wasn't interested in following the "worn path." She decided to take a mass communication course. Rhea, like any other millennial, opted to take on the challenge. As a result, she spent all of her holidays interning in journalism, advertising, documentary filmmaking, and marketing, gaining valuable information and experience. Xavier's Institute of Communication took her to Mumbai, where she discovered her "bearings."

She organized the first student-run media festival at her institution in conjunction with her advertising course. After that, she was looking for a position in a production house. So she jumped to Equinox that offered her an internship. Her 7-year journey with Equinox has been one of tremendous learning, which has been both energizing and exhausting.
