Neeta Shah was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India on January 2, 1981. She is a producer, writer, and marketing advisor for Bollywood who is Indian. In Mumbai's Breach Candy, Shah was raised in a family that was half Parsi and half Gujarati. She received her primary education at Villa Theresa School and continued her study at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics. She originally desired to work in Bollywood, but her family's realistic goals forced her to pursue certification as a chartered accountant and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. When she was fifteen, she developed an interest in acting. She pursued modelling as well as acting in MTV television. She appeared in the hit fiction series "Roomies" on Channel V, however she later chose to stop performing. She joined iRock Media in 2012 as vice president of business development.

Shah is also a writer; her book Bollywood Striptease, which tells the narrative of the behind-the-scenes world of Bollywood, was published by Rupa Publications in February 2012, and iRock Media acquired the film rights to it before it was released. Her upcoming novel, "Passion. Dreams. And Everything Other," will soon be released. It is once again set in the Bollywood industry but has an intriguing twist that explores the idea of parallel lives. She is listed as one of the 4130 most well-liked novelists. Shah created and contributed to funding The television programme Gamer Log is produced by Noorani Chehra and co.

She co-runs RDP Pulp Fiction Entertainment, Abhinay Deo's production firm, in 2022. Her business, Pulp Fiction Entertainment, offers 360-degree marketing solutions through creative conceptualization and execution of film promotional events, unconventional creative conceptualization and execution of media buys, and activation and brand tie-ups that have never been done before.
