Mahesh Narula is a businessman, based in Delhi. Delhi is his hometown, and he currently resides there only. Alongside his career in business, Mahesh Narula also owns a production house which, the businessman founded in the year 2015.

He is popular for experimenting with various genres as far as professional career options are concerned and he possesses a very optimistic and daring nature. He likes getting into new fields and exploring the field's potential to its full extent.

His production house is called GMD Films. Under his film banner, the first ever creative venture that he produced was the movie titled Khel Toh Ab Shuru Hoga. This film was in talks since the year 2014 but finally hit the theatres and released in May in the year 2016 after about two years of hard work.

The freshly arrived producer Narula left no stone unturned and made sure that he looked into every department of the film, whether at the ground level or the supervisor level. He admitted to being involved in every aspect related to the making and production of this film. The movie was an action thriller and was the fast-paced story of a bank robbery filled with drama, romance as well as engaging and unexpected turns and plot twists. The director of the film was Kunal V Singh. Though the producer and the entire cast and crew worked on the project with utmost full dedication and conviction, the movie failed to impress audiences and proved to be a disaster. Its box office collections were also very low, and it ran in the theatres for a while and had an overall net gross value below par. It incurred massive losses on the producer and distribution holders.
