M R. Shahjahan is an Indian film producer and director, popularly recognized in the industry for his films like Kick (2014), Housefull 3 (2016), Jackpot (2013). Starting out his career in 1981, Shahjahan has been working in the industry for quite a long time now, mostly as a director, but sometimes as an executive producer.
His first contribution on the big screen came as an assistant director through the 1981 movie Kaalia. Since then, he has directed five major projects on his own and fifteen as an assistant.
