At the beginning of his career, Ajay worked as a production incharge at Big Synergy, from March 2007 to March 2008. After that, he joined as Post Production Head at CineVistaas in April 2012. Ajay contributed as the Post Production Head in several TV serials like Ek Duje Ke Vaaste(2016), Class of 2017 (2017), Puncch Beat (2019), and Class of 2020 (2020). He was the Supervising Editor for TV series like Swaragini (2015 ), Fourplay (2018), Ishq Aaj Kal (2019) and Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 (2021).
