Krishna Bihari Noor is a well-known Hindi poet. He was born on 8 November 1926 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He pursued his education in a school situated in Aminabad. Later, he graduated from the University of Lucknow. After graduation, he worked as an assistant manager at the RLO department of Lucknow.
Krishna Bihari Noor was proficient in Urdu and Devanagari. He was primarily known for his Ghazals. Therefore, in the 20th century, he became a famous Ghazal poet. He used the pen name “Nuur” in his works. Dukh Sukh Dukh-Sukh is an Urdu series directed by Sakina Sam >> Read More... , Tapasya in Urdu, and Samandar Meri Talash Mein in Hindi are some of his notable writings. On 30 May 2003, he died after surgery at a hospital in Ghaziabad.
