Farhat Ehsas was born in 1952. His real and complete name is Farhatullah Khan, and he was born in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is one of the leading contemporary Urdu poets, journalists and translators. He has written many things, including poems, shayari, and ghazals on socio-cultural and political issues. Even he has written many books on such topics. He is one of the active members of the world's largest Urdu website, Rekhta. During his initial career years, he worked for the research journal as an assistant editor. The Zakir Husain Institute of Islamic Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, published the research journal. He is also a coeditor of the book Sufism and Indian Mysticism and has single-handedly handled the work of the book,' Qashqa Khaincha Dair Men Baitha'.
