Warren Mendonsa is an Indian Guitarist and Composer born on 12th September 1979 in Mumbai, India. He is well known for BlackStratBlues, a musical project of Mendonsa. He is the Nephew of the famous Bollywood Composer Loy Mendonsa of Shankar-Ehsaan Loy. In the year 1998, Warren Mendonsa formed the Indian Rock band Zero together with Sid Coutto, Rajiv Talwar, and Girish Talwar, who released three Studio albums from 2000 to 2005. He Played the Guitar in the Band.
In 2004, Mendonsa moved to Auckland, New Zealand, and left zero. Since that day, he has been performing as a Solo Artist. He released his debut Album – Nights in the Shining Karma, under the BlackStratBlues. His most recent releases were the Group collaborations, all solo releases by Mendonsa. The BlackStratBlues albums of the project have Published Six studio Albums and two live Albums till 2023. He gained popularity for his Unique style of playing Guitar by entertaining the audience.
