Tanima Bhattacharya debuted with the indie Bollywood movie Saankal – Shackle. She won four best-actress awards for essaying Abeera’s role, including the ones received at film festivals in the US and Russia. With all these accolades pouring in, Tamanna felt blessed and honored. She has been the actor and producer for quite a few well-acknowledged short films. the 6th The 6thGlobal Bioscope Film Festival screened Midnight Mirror, in Guangzhou, China in 2019.
Tanima has also featured in quite a few TV advertisements like Tata Dx. She is also an entrepreneur and social activist. Her efforts aim at eradicating hunger and malnutrition among children. To attain this objective, she donates generously to nearby orphanages. This multi-talented lady has worked as a costume designer as well. She also enjoys cooking and tries out different recipes now and then.
