Nigar Sultana is an exceptionally talented Indian actress who has amazed the crowd for a really long time. She was born on 21st June, in the year 1932, in Hyderabad. She has been actively entertaining the people in India from the year 1946. She was able to continue her services for over forty years, rounding up her services in the year 1986. She is the wife of the famous filmmaker K.Asif. Together they make a great couple as well as great films. Bringing about a variety of films and themes, Nigar Sultana had amazed and stunned the entire industry with her talent. She has taken part in the great historic film “Muga-e-Azam”. The movie was released in 1960.

The story of the film revolves around an affair between Prince Salim and a court dancer. The movie had been in the process of development for a really long time. Sultana p[lays the role of a jealous dancer Bahar. She is in love with the prince but finds that the prince is already in a relation with another court dancer, Nadira. Bahar is a higher ranking dancer than Nadira and desperately wants the prince. Seeing that it is not possible, she spreads the news about the affair, which causes trouble to the couple. Even while doing a negative character, Sultana was able to charm her audience and win their love. Sadly, she passed away in the year 2000, leaving her audience with the many great films that she did to remember her.
