Ratan Rajput

Ratan Rajput was born in Patna and came to Mumbai to pursue her carrier in acting. She is just 24 years old and gained so much popularity for herself. She has given many auditions and part time work in many print shoots and regional languages assignments, before being active in the Hindi TV industry. She got her first breakthrough in Radha Ki Betiyan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi, which aired on NDTV Imagine. The show was centered around the story of a poor mother, Radha, and her three daughters, Rohini, Ragini and Ruchi. Ratan essayed the role of Ruchi Sharma in the show and got highly appraised.

Later, she appeared on Zee TV’s Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, as Laali. The show’s concept was about a poor family who sold their daughter, Laali. The show bagged her the Zee Rishtey Award and Indian Telly Award 2009. Ratan Rajput is an Indian TV actress. She was born on April 20, 1987 in Patna, Bihar. She also has a nickname, Rasso. She has been recognized for her challenging roles, which were played with utmost conviction by Ratan. Her role as Lalli in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, gained her the fame required to pick her career up in the TV industry. Her character, Laali, became the talk of Indian women and made her a popular household name. She also played the role of Rajkumari Amba in the serial, Mahabharata. She debuted from the character Ruchi Sharma in Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi, launched in 2008.

She also appeared on the famous reality TV show, Bigg Boss, in season 7, but could not win the title. Fear Files was also a serial that was a different genre for her and she did the role of Nalini in it in 2013. Then she worked in MTV ‘Fanaah’ as Iravati, and it was very much liked by youngsters.
