Having completed schooling from Jamnabai Narsee and graduation from Jai Hind College, she went on to pursue further studies to London, where she completed her Masters in Communication from the University of Westminster. Her career initially began as a Marketing Executive at a firm, Visiongain agency in August of 2012, only to realize that her heart lay somewhere else.

After she had come back to India, she performed a lot of standup gigs at various places under the tutelage of her dad. One of those many hilarious performances was witnessed at the Comedy Store in Mumbai where she had the audiences in splits and was wanted for an encore by the crowd.
