Antara Srivastava

"Antara Srivastava is a Hindi film Assistant Director, Producer, Actor, and Costume designer. She was born on 24 July 1994. She was born in Lucknow, India and later she moved to Mumbai, Maharashtra to pursue a career in movies. She is a daughter of a famous comedian Raju Srivastava. She got her degree of Bachelors in Mass Media. She received a National Bravery Award in the year 2006 for fighting as she saved her mother from four robbers and got a few of them arrested. Three of them entered their house in Andheri on 30th of May 2005. They were saying that they are Fashion Designers to her mom Shikha. When Shikha came back from the kitchen, the robbers tackled her to the floor.

And then Antara Srivastava closed the living room and contacted the Police Control Room and shouted for help. By that, a watchman and two constables came to rescue them. Two of the robbers got caught immediately, where one guy got caught later. And the fourth person who was the mastermind of the plan was standing outside of the house has escaped. For her brave act, Antara then got selected for National Bravery Award in the year 2006 which she received on the hands of Former Honorable President Late Avul Pakir Abdul Kalam Sir (A.P.J Abdul Kalam Sir).

She was as an Assistant Director for movies “Paltan” which released in 2018, “Vodka Diaries” which also released in 2018 and fort a short film named “The Job” which also released in 2018. She also produced some movies named “Vodka Diaries” in which she also was an assistant director, “Me And I” which is a short film and it released in 2017, and now she is producing a short film named “Rahan” which is in its post-production stage and is yet to release. She acted in a movie named “Vodka Diaries.” She was also an assistant director and producer of this movie. She also designed the costumes for a short film named “The Job” which has Kalki Koechlin. Antara Srivastava also worked as an assistant director for this movie. "
