Taran Bajaj is an actor and casting director who works in the Hindi film industry, Hindi television serial industry and advertisements. He was born on 24th August in Uttar Pradesh. He studied at St. Paul’s Inter College in Shahjahanpur. In 2006, Taran arrived at Mumbai to perform in the play Bharat Ke Shahedo Tumhe Naman which was organized by actress Jaya Bachchan’s Yuvak Biradri. He acted in the television serial Chhoti Bahu- Sindoor Bin Suhagan on Zee TV and in the comedy series Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashmah on Sab TV, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai on Star Plus, Miley Jab Hum Tum on Star One, Uttaran on Colors TV and many others. He also acted in the telefilm Life. In 2011, Taran made his Bollywood debut as an actor with the anthology film Love Sex Aur Dhoka directed by Dibaker Bannerjee on a digicam. It was the first film to be presented in the found footage style in India. He later acted in Love Express, Via Kargill, Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi, Zanjeer, John Day, Jazbaa, Love Shagun, Junooniyat and Udta Punjab.

In 2011, Taran also debuted as an associate director in director Remo D’ Souza’s F.A.L.T.U.
