He was born in Switzerland on June 30, 1956. He has a sister named ‘Devina’. Famous director Shekhar Kapoor is his cousin. In 2011 he launched himself as a director through his film ‘Master’. It is considered to be India’s first movie on martial arts. Suneil is trained in Wing Tsun from Hong Kong and it inspired him to choose martial art as the subject of his first directed film. In 2014, he started directing and acting in a Hollywood movie called ‘Vagator Mixer’.  This movie is co-produced by Dev Anand’s production house Navketan Films. Besides acting and directing, he is now the Managing Director of Navketan Films. He will soon be taking over his father’s unfinished scripts and turn them into movies. His father, Dev Anand, was his best friend. His whole life circled around his father. He didn’t get married and didn’t ever have any girlfriends. His father, Dev Anand, was everything to him.
