Aditya Samanta considers himself very lucky to have been born into a family that has a reputed name in B-town. He aimed to revive Shakti Samanta's production banner, ‘Shakti Films’. Shakti Films of Shakti Samanta, is known for giving Bollywood classics to its fans. Aditya originally wanted to become a director, but when he got to know his grandfather’s desire to see him as an actor, he decided to be a responsible grandson. Not only this, but his debut movie, YJMH, was his own idea. The actor considered his debut film a do-or-die situation that would set his path for future acting projects. He does not want to limit himself to the home banner. Thus, he wishes to work with other production houses as well. Similarly, he wanted his movie portfolio to be diversified and not limited to just one genre so that he could showcase his talent.
