Sandeep Jain

Sandeep Jain is an Indian actor and writer who is known for his work in the Hindi film industry. He is best known for his role in the Disney+HotStar web series, ‘Unmarried.’ Sandeep was born in the city of Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. As a student, his brilliance in academics was only paralleled by his skills in dance and sports. He joined IIT Delhi and graduated with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

During his days in college, he was elected a part of the Student Board Welfare and was also a major part of the Cultural Festivities of the Institute. In his free time, he taught dance and choreographed shows at the V-Defyn Dance Academy. Sandeep landed himself in a cushy corporate job, but his passion for cinema and entertainment made him quit his work to become a full-time actor. He had been a part of stage and street theatrical performances as an undergraduate. He joined ‘Allmytea Productions’ and the ‘Metamorphosis Group’ as an actor. His talents were showcased in prominent theaters and many digital short films.

He joined TVF as a scriptwriter and worked on the screenplays for popular web series like ‘Kota Factory (2019).’ He also worked on SAB TV’s show, 'Rukawat Ke liye Khed Hai.’ His performance as an actor received wide acclaim in the show, ‘POPxo- Unmarried,’ in which he played the lead role, along with being one of its main writers.
