In the year 1962, he appeared in his first film in the Hindi language named, ‘Aarti’ which was released under the banner of Rajshree Productions. He was born on September 28, 1982, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India to Rishi (Bollywood film actor, producer and director) and Neetu Singh (Bollywood actress).
