Prateik Babbar is an actor who has also got the show business background. His mother Smitha Patil, was a very good actress. Similarly, his father Raj Babbar was an actor in the beginning, but later on he changed his line and became a politician. Initially, he did not begin his career as an actor. Mohan Bhandari is an enormously talented Indian actor, who played as a loving father in the popular Hindi television serial, Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar on Zee TV. He played the role of Narpat Singh, father of Saloni (played by Rajshree Thakur) from which he gained the Zee Rishton Ka Utsav as Favorite Mata-Pita Rishta in 2007 along with Ambika (played by Pratichee Mishra). Aside from being an actor, Mohan is also a writer. Lucky Gupta, a Jammu actor directed and designed the play Maa Mujhe Tagore Bana Do; this play is based on the story that Mohan has written. It is a story about the struggle of a boy to pursue his studies and how he showed his determination and dedication to his dreams.
