Sifat Sehgal is an Indian model. She gained recognition through her achievements in beauty pageants. She was born in Chhattisgarh, India. She was diagnosed with “falciparum” at the age of four and struggled with eating disorders. Sifat did her schooling from NH Goel World School, Chhattisgarh, India and Vikas Junior College, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Sifat earned a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Usha Pravin Gandhi College, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Furthermore, she went on to earn an undergraduate degree in Bachelors of Technology from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She enrolled herself at FLAME University and earned her MBA degree.
Sifat represented Chhattisgarh at Miss Face of Humanity 2021 and won the title. She launched “Code Green,” an initiative to help women to become financially independent by teaching them how to make organic manure with the help of kitchen waste. After winning Miss Face of Humanity 2021, she represented India at the International competition held in Toronto, Canada in 2021. In 2023, Sifat debuted at the OTT platforms with a Netflix dating reality show, “In Real Love (IRL).”
