Ashwni Dhir

Ashwini Dhir is a writer turned director born on 23 September, 1968, in Kanpur, India. He has contributed to Bollywood since 2005. His first movie was “One two three” in 2008 starring Tusshar Kapoor.He is also the director of the recent hit “Son of Sardar” that was well received by the critics as well as the audience. Actress Kajol made her comeback with the movie directed by Dhir . His three big projects arrived in a span of just 50 days in 2008 namely: ‘Krazzy 4’, 'U Me Aur Hum’ and ‘One Two Three’. He has worked with different capabilities for each of these three films. He was the story and screenplay writer for ‘Krazzy 4’ and also has written the dialogues for ‘U me Aur Hum.' He marked his directorial debut with ‘One Two Three’.

He was booked under section 295[a] relating to injuring or defiling place of worship with intent to insult religion or class. Ashwini was initially produced in Bandra court, and his request for bail was also rejected. It is learned that apart from Ashwini, 10-12 cast and crew members were also charged for the same.

Ashwini Dhir (born: Sep 23, 1968) is a director and script writer in Indian Film Industry. He has also been a producer for some TV serials. He was a writer before stepping his feet in this industry. He is the man behind the popularity and success behind the television series Office Office.

Son of Sardar packed with a big star and released on Diwali clashed with SHAH RUKH KHAN Movie JAB TAK HAI JAAN (2012).
