Shatrunjay Gaekwad is a cricketer in the Indian cricket team. He is popularly known for playing in the Indian Premier League.  Shatrunjay was born on 3rd September in Baroda, a city in Gujarat.  He is the son of Anshuman Gaekwad, who was a cricketer. His grandfather, Datta Gaekwad, was also a cricketer. His mother, Jyoti Gaekwad, is a talented artist and painter. Shatrunjay started playing cricket in 2003. He is a left-handed batsman and has a right-arm-off-break bowling style. Shatrunjay has played for the Baroda cricket team and the Kolkata Knight Riders.  Shatrunjay is an enthusiastic player and athlete in the Indian cricket team.
