Lakshman Anand is an Indian cinematographer who worked for the Bollywood film industry. He completed his school at Bishop Cotton, Shimla, and Himachal Pradesh in 2003, and later when he gained interest in the film industry he joined MindScreen Film Institute in 2014. Lakshman worked as a photographer in his early days in Deccan Chronicle in 2008, later he worked as a Visual Director in New Delhi from June 2011. He designs visual systems for his clients who have an e-commerce website and presently he is working as an independent photographer.
Lakshman is also a founder member of Civil Society Magazine for which he shoots many stories of social and political change. Nowadays, he started his work in film production houses and shoots many television commercials, travel shows, and documentaries. As a cinematographer he worked in movies like Kriya in 2020, The President's Bodyguard in 2018, Garbage in 2018, The Road Not Taken in 2017, Raja, Rasoi Aur Andaaz Anokha in 2017, and All Access- Capital Police in 2019.
