Chinmay Dhayalkar’s work has come to be known for its clean, bold and graphic aesthetic whether capturing jewellery, hair promotions, fashion editorials, movie posters, advertising promotions or corporate portraits. Chinmay is well-known for his inventiveness and ability to work with stylists and designers to produce original looks. Chinmay completed his schooling from The Gokhale Education Society’s College of Education and Research C/o R.M. Bhatt High School Parel Mumbai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology at Ramnarain Ruia College. He then completed his Commercial Photography course at Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art.
To mention a few projects, he has worked on Stoppers Stop, Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Only, Man’s World and Alainne. Chinmay’s personality alters behind the camera like most people do in front of the camera. His daily life is driven by his insatiable curiosity and need to discover new things. Chinmay gives portrait photography his all passion for the genre shines through in his black-and-white images, as he strives to capture the essence of the subject rather than the smiles.
