Pooja Dhingra is an Indian businesswoman and a chef. She was born on 5th August 1986 in Mumbai, India. She is the owner of India’s first Macron store. Her specialty is French cuisine. She owns Le15 Café in, and the bestsellers include famous French desserts. Talking of her early life; her family had several restaurant owners and chefs. She learned bakery from her aunt. She has completed her primary school education at Scottish School, Mumbai. Unaware of her hidden talent, she got into a law school for her higher studies and later dropped out to pursue her passion. Later, she joined the Cesar Ritz school, Switzerland, to pursue a hospitality and management course.
After her course completion, she returned to Mumbai and opened her first store in 2010. She wanted to explore her art of culinary skills. People admire her not only for her kitchen skills but also for being an incredible businesswoman. She has achieved all that she dreamt. Apart from being a businessman and a baker, she is also an author. She has published two books which were bestsellers. She has also featured in the best achievers under 30 and Forbes list of achievers in 2014.
