Rafan Khan is an Indian child artist and model. He was born in Bhopal but shifted to Mumbai soon after his birth. As a child, he loved to watch television and dreamed of becoming an actor one day. He began his modeling and acting career at the age of eight years with various commercial advertisements.

Shahrukh Khan was little Rafan's favorite actor, and his biggest dream was to work with SRK one day. What he did not know was that he was soon going to have his dream fulfilled. He was soon offered an endorsement with Shahrukh Khan.

Rafan considers the moment of his selection to be the best of his life so far. Working with Shahrukh Khan was a dream come true for the child artist. When asked about his experience, the young artist confessed that initially, he was afraid to act in front of the camera, but soon became poised and relaxed.

The advertisement with Shahrukh Khan gave a Kickstart to his acting career. After the endorsement, he got numerous offers from various advertising agencies. He did an advertising campaign for Brittania cakes which is his favorite brand.

Along with advertisements, he also got major acting roles in Indian soap operas. In 2008, Rafan starred in Mata ki Chowki. It was a Hindi daily soap which followed the story of a girl named Vaishnavi, a zealot of Vaishno Mata. Rafan recalls that for his role in the show he had to learn a lot of Sanskrit shlokas.

He had to undergo great difficulty to recite those shlokas, but constant support from his director and co-actors helped him throughout his journey. The show ended in 2011 with a total of 845 episodes. He later got to play parts in "Astitva... Ek Prem Kahani", and "Agle janam mohe bitiya hi keejo".

Astitva... Ek Prem Kahani was an Indian television show which broadcasted on Zee TV from 2002 to 2006. It had a total of 668 episodes. Agle janam mohe bitiya hi keejo is another popular Hindi television drama which broadcasted on Zee TV from 2009 to 2011.

Rafan Khan through commercial advertisements and his roles in numerous popular Hindi soaps got him fame and fortune in the Hindi television industry. He is one of the most well-liked child artists in the television industry.
