Harshita Sohal

Harshita Sohal is a television actress, social media influencer, and illustrator based in Gurugram, Haryana. She studied Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the Lady Shri Ram College of Women, University of Delhi. Then, she began to learn acting at the Jeff Goldberg’s Studio in September 2017. She also studied Arena Animation in Graphic Designing. Harshita started her professional acting career in November 2015 and worked in a popular TV show called Savdhan India. Then, she started working as an assistant director at the Babul Ki production till 2016.

In June 2017, she started working as a freelance model in an online shopping company called Myntra in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In August 2017, she also worked with Aprilia India and was featured in a commercial. She was later associated with Six Sigma Films and acted in a short thriller film called Last Day of Painter. In 2019, she was featured in Mederma Advertisement and also worked as a model at the Fujifilm India Private Limited in Mumbai. In 2018, she made her debut in Bollywood with a film called Ek Sangaychay, which was directed by Lokesh Gupte.

The film was based on stressful lives, changing lifestyles, societal pressures, and parents' expectations in this rapidly changing world. It shows the brute reality of our times, where people are struggling to accomplish their goals and establish their own identities. The film was an emotional drama, which shows the problems of communication and the generation gap between children and their parents. She primarily provided services in logo designing, book illustration, portrait drawing, Adobe Photoshop, vector illustration, digital painting, portrait painting, and animal portrait making. She also imitated her own small business brand called Dreamgrl for artistic and aesthetic portraits, paintings, etc. In 2022, she was featured in an adventurous documentary series called Lost India, which is the first film series to be stored on blockchain and released as an NFT.
